About Us
Our baking is not an invented recipe. Its roots lie in a home kitchen, where there were no complicated techniques — only flour, eggs, butter, fruit, and the warmth of caring hands. We don't have centuries-old dynasties or grand legends. But we do have a real family story that began in one small kitchen.
My grandmother baked for the family — for children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren — using a simple, honest recipe. The kind of dough whose aroma filled the house and lingered long after. Later, my mother carried on these recipes. They never changed — only became better. The same proportions, the same ingredients, always made as if for our own loved ones.
